Victor Bashtovoi, Doctor of Science in Physics and Mathematics, Professor – Head of UNESCO Chair “Energy Conservation and Renewable Energies”, supervisor of research laboratory “Thermo Mechanics of Magnetic Fluids”.

Prof. Bashtovoi graduated from the Department of Physics at the Belarusian State University in 1968. From 1968 to 1980, he worked at the Institute of Heatand Mass Transfer of the Belarusian Academy of Sciences. Since 1980, he has worked at the Belarusian National Technical University.
